Support to the modernization of the agricultural sector in Colombia

Minimum requirements:

• Training experience in the agricultural sector (university, technical college or master farmer)
• At least 15 years of professional experience in agriculture
• Experience as a team leader in international projects
• Very good written and oral Spanish skills

Professional knowledge and experience:

• Practical experience in agriculture, including the use of modern agricultural technology.
• Leadership experience in training institutions
• Experience in the design and implementation of trainings, demonstrations and field trials
• Experience with conservation production methods and climate resilience
• Experience in working with ministries/government agencies and private sector institutions

Regional expertise and language skills:

• Work experience in Latin America,  Colombia is an asset
• Good written and oral German skills

Knowledge of methods

• Results-oriented monitoring
• Project implementation with private partners
