The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), the financial arm of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), is an international financial institution of the 15 Member-States.

Its head office is in Lome, in Togo.

The Bank aims to contribute to the creation of enabling conditions for the emergence of an economically strong, industrialised, prosperous and perfectly integrated West Africa both internally and in the global economic system.

EBID operates in the following sectors:

Qualifications: 
  • Solid working knowledge in French and / or English
  • Previous working experience in the West Africa Region
  • At least 5 years experience in one of the following sectors:
  1. Agriculture and rural development;
  2. Industries;
  3. Water and sanitation;
  4. Environment;
  5. Energy;
  6. Transport;
  7. Urbanism and housing;
  8. Information and Communications Technologies;
  9. Hotel and tourism;
  10. Social (education, health, etc…);
  11. Arts and culture;
  12. Finance.
