Qualifizierung von IPARD-Beratern

Zur Vorbereitung auf den Zugang zu IPARD-Mitteln der EU, der erst mit dem Kandidatenstatus ermöglicht wird, sieht die EU IPARD-ähnliche („IPARD-like“ oder „IPARD-light“) Fördermittel vor und wird voraussichtlich Anfang 2012 mit der Umsetzung eines an der Vorbeitrittshilfe der EU (IPARD) orientierten Förderprogrammes für die ländliche Entwicklung beginnen. Die EU hat umfangreiche finanzielle Mittel zur Finanzierung von Modernisierungsmaßnahmen sowohl in der Landwirtschaft als auch in der Verarbeitung und Vermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten in Aussicht gestellt.  

Support to Quality Infrastructure in Belarus - Food Safety

The overall objective of the programme is to enhance citizens' health and the local economic development by improving Belarusian food safety and quality through a gradual alignment of the country's SQAM (standards, quality assurance and metrology) system with relevant EU and international regulatory and administrative practices, with the active involvement of private sector and civil society stakeholders at all stages of the process.

MSME Technical Co-operation Programme: Call-Off Assignments Framework

The Ukraine MSME Technical Co-operation Programme s in support of the USD 100 million Ukraine MSME Financing Framework and relevant stand-alone transactions which will provide senior debt to eligible EBRD private and state commercial banks in Ukraine for on lending to Ukrainian MSMEs. The Programme will support EBRDs efforts to encourage the resumption and mass-scale roll-out of the MSE and SME lending in Ukraine by EBRD partner financial institutions. The Programme will comprise two components:

The Financial Education and Financial Literacy Project is the result of the need to improve financial literacy and consumer protection in financial services. Currently, the level of financial literacy in Russia remains low.  The majority of the population lacks confidence that their interests as consumers of financial services can be protected. At the same time, demand in Russia is high for financial education.

Targeted technical assistance to the Government of Moldova (GoM) in the implementation of the 'Sector policysupport' programme (SPSP): economic stimulation in rural areas. Its main objective is to contribute to a morebalanced economic development in the Republic of Moldova with special focus on rural areas through moreefficient economic policies at country and sector levels, better coordination mechanisms and more transparentand efficient financing mechanisms.

Establishment of the Serbian Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN)

The Training Expert will plan and arrange the training activities and will deliver training along with other experts. His tasks will include: Undertaking training needs assessment and preparing training plan. Organise study tours and training events and prepare training materials in collaboration with the Team Leader and other experts. Deliver training as required in cooperation with other experts and undertake post-training evaluations and training reports. Organise and supervise train-the-trainer events to ensure extended training capability.

Establishment of the Serbian Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN)

The role of the Farm Survey Expert will be to oversee the smooth introduction and development of the FADN field operations, including training of field staff, farm selection, farmer recruitment, farmer training and completion of the Farm Return. This is an important role as farmer reluctance to participate has been identified as a possible weakness and risk to the successful establishment of the FADN.

Establishment of the Serbian Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN)

The Senior IT Expert will be responsible for the development of the FADN database and its installation on the MAFWM IT network. The IT Expert’s tasks will include: Liaise with the Team Leader and MAFWM experts to specify the requirements for the FADN database. Collaboration with MAFWM IT experts to confirm MAFWM capability and resources to host the FADN database, install the database and enable web access from 33 Extension Offices remote users. Identify and advise on any potential constraints to the installation of the FADN database on the MAFWM IT network.

Irrigation Sector Reform and Centralised Irrigation Systems Rehabilitation Activities

The objective of ISRA is to help ensure reliable supply water over the long-term required supporting the transition into higher value, water-intensive agricultural production and can contribute to enhance food security, improve food security for grains and cereal production. At the end the Compact, it is anticipated that the project have developed a model which can be replicated and enabling environment for further rehabilitation and investment in state-owned and other irrigation systems
