Professional Education for Economic Growth Sectors in Central Asia

PECA’s "Project “Professional Education for Economic Growth Sectors in Central Asia” overall objective can be summarized as follows: The capacities of professional education systems in Central Asia to provide qualified specialists and managers for economic growth sectors in the region are improved.

Qualifications: 
  • University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in education studies, food technology, logistics or other relevant fields of study
  • English C1 and German B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
  • 10 years of international professional experience in professional education
  • 8 years in educational governance and management in the field of TVET or higher education
  • 8 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company
  • 3 years of experience in projects in former Soviet Union countries, of which 1 year in projects in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and/or Uzbekistan
  • 8 years of experience working in DC projects
  • 5 years of experience in financial management
Start / Duration: 

The duration of the assignment is envisaged to begin from August 2022 to April 2024
