- Relevant Univeristy degree in a subject related to financial sector / banking sector;
- Previous Experience in at least 2 activities related to the assessment, minimization and management of bank risks during the last 5 (five) years;
- Previous Experience in providing training and consultations to at least 3 (three) years;
- Previous Experience in at least 2 projects financed by international finance organizations within last 5 years;
