German-Thai cooperation project to strengthen the sustainability of agricultural systems through innovation networks

Necessary minimum requirements / exclusion criteria:

• Completed university degree (Master's degree or equivalent)
• Three years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of English

Other qualifications / experience that will be positively considered as part of the assessment (advantageous):

Professional background:

• Academic background relevant to the project
• Experience with the introduction and promotion of agricultural innovations;
• Exrience in the work of agricultural advisory services or comparable organizations
• Experience with agroecological or organic production methods in agriculture
• Experience in working with international innovation networks, preferably with German participation
• Experience in working with ministries / state authorities

Regional expertise:

• Professional experience in Southeast Asia
• Very good knowledge of German
• Thai language skills

Methodological skills:

• Ability to communicate interculturally; experience in moderating interactive processes
• Experience in dealing with social media
