The overall objective is an improved support for Rwandan exporters in the field of financial services through the implementation of de-risking instruments.
Objectives
- Comprehensive study of the Rwandan export market to gain a deep understanding of the current situation and the needs of the different stakeholders.
- Based on the study findings, development and implementation of suitable de-risking products for exporters
- Providing training to Development Bank of Rwanda, PFI’s staff and exporters in the field of export project management

Development and implementation of suitable de-risking products for exporters
Qualifications:
- Minimum Master in Administration or equivalent in finance/banking or equivalent
- Relevant experience in the financial sector and the development of de-risking instruments
- Must have successfully developed and implemented at least 5 de-risking instruments in minimum 3 projects in financial institutions
- Must have previous experience (minimum 3 projects) as Project Manager / Team Leader in the banking sector
- Experience in the export industry
- Previous work in East Africa (minimum 2 projects)
- Good organizational skills (one of the core soft skills)
- Fluent in English
Start / Duration:
3 years. The start date will likely be in Q1 and the exact date will determined after receiving the tender document
